The Beverly Boutique – Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. After this 30-day period, we will no longer be able to offer a refund or exchange.
2. Condition of Items
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and the original packaging intact.
3. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received and approved. Please note that original shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, you may place a new order for the replacement product. Where available, our customer support team will assist you with the exchange process.
7. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos along with your order details. Once verified, we will replace the item at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
8. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price may be applied to returns. Any applicable fee will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
