THE BEVERLY BOUTIQUE RETURN POLICY

We are so sorry that your purchase didn't work out! At The Beverly Boutique, we strive to keep our inventory fresh, unique and provide our customers with the most up-to-date fashion trends and styles. 

*Because our inventory is fast-moving, our return policy lasts only 14 days. If your return is not post-marked within the two-week mark from the date you received your order, it is not eligible for return.

*We offer Refunds for store credit only on items postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

*Once we receive your returned package, we will inspect and issue you store credit. We do not offer money back returns. Online credits are sent via email to the email address used at checkout. 

*Final Sale items are not eligible for return or refund. 

*Since we offer FREE Shipping, Return shipping is the responsibility of the Customer.

WHAT IS ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?

*Unworn item(s) with original tag attached

*Unwashed item(s)

*Items free of any signs of damage

*Items free of deodorant stains, makeup stains or foul odors to or on item(s)

WHAT IS INELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?

*Body suits, Accessories(including Jewelry), Swimsuits, Bralettes

*Any Final Sale items, or item's purchased for 40% off or more

Please note: Any items returned that do not meet criteria stated above will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

*All items are thoroughly inspected when received from our wholesale vendors, however we realize that we are not perfect and mistakes CAN happen.

*If you receive damaged merchandise, please contact us within 2 days of the date it was received by emailing valerie@thebeverlyboutique.com or it can not be returned.

EXCHANGES

Because our inventory changes very frequently, we are unable to guarantee the item/size you need will be available once your return is received. We suggest immediately placing an order for the item/size you would like and sending the previous item back for store credit.

HOW TO RETURN 

If your return meets the criteria for Eligible Returns stated above, proceed to directions below:

1. Package your return items nicely to ensure damage does not occur to item during return shipping process.

2. Please include original invoice in return package OR print out your order confirmation so we know who the return is coming from.

3. You may return your item via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise noted. We recommend sending your items back using a carrier that provides tracking information to ensure we receive your return. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
