Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Locations
We ship within the United States, including Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii. International orders may require additional review and could incur extra fees.

Shipping Costs

Import Duties & Taxes

Risk of Loss
Risk transfers to the customer once the package is picked up by the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged, please contact customer service immediately to initiate a claim.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be canceled or changed only if they have not yet shipped. Once shipped, changes are not possible. Customer service can assist with cancellations before shipment confirmation.
